Terms of Service
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing boringdocs.com or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. That's it.
Description of Service
Boringdocs is currently in waitlist phase. The site collects email addresses for early access to a future product: AI-native documentation infrastructure that continuously validates your docs against your code.
We don't have a product to sell yet. We're building one. By joining the waitlist, you're expressing interest — not purchasing anything.
User Responsibilities
- Provide a valid email address if you join the waitlist.
- Don't abuse the site — no scraping, no automated requests, no attempts to access systems you shouldn't.
- Don't use the site for anything illegal. This should go without saying.
Intellectual Property
All content on boringdocs.com — including text, design, code, and branding — is owned by boringdocs. You can't copy, redistribute, or claim it as your own.
If we launch a product, any content you submit through it (documentation, code, configurations) remains yours. We don't claim ownership of your data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be available at all times, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We're a small team building in the open. Things break. We'll fix them.
When we launch a product, we'll do our best to keep it reliable. But we won't promise uptime we can't deliver or features we haven't built.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, boringdocs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you've paid us — which, during the waitlist phase, is nothing.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. No notifications, no banners. Check back if it matters to you.
